Why are my products missing?
Products may be missing on your BudSense menus for a couple of reasons.
- If you've recently received new stock but don't see the products in your BudSense account yet, you can perform a manual sync to pull them in from your API. You can learn how to do a manual sync here.
- If the product your looking for is in your BudSense inventory, but is not pulling into your created Smart Filters, you can learn how to edit product info here to ensure it's correctly categorized and fits the filters criteria.
- If you'd like to create a new Smart Filter to include the products that are missing, you can learn how to do that here. Once the Smart Filter is created and you need to do a Smart filter sync, you can learn how to do that here.
