What is a Discontinued Product?
If you are unable to find a product that was once in your account, even when looking for out of stock products, it is possible that the barcode was discontinued.
After 60 days of being out of stock, products are moved into a discontinued state to improve platform stability and protect load times. If a discontinued product comes back into stock, after syncing the inventory in, the product will automatically reactivate.
