Why is my THC/CBD wrong? (Dutchie)

When the Sync Cannabinoids Toggle is set to ‘On’ in BudSense, all of your THC and CBD values sync in directly from your Point of Sale. If you ever notice incorrect data or need to makes changes, there are two fields in Dutchie to review:

Catalog Value:

Dutchie > Products > Catalog

Any Cannabinoid values set in the Catalog will act as the product default values. If there is no value set in the Lab Results, this is the value that will pull into BudSense.

Lab Results Value:

Dutchie > Products > Inventory > Lab Results

The values set under Lab Results will take priority over the Catalog value, allowing you to update the Cannabinoid data on your menus to reflect each new batch of a product.

If you notice the Cannabinoid values in BudSense are much larger than expected but the values in  Dutchie appear correct - we recommend ensuring the Cannabis Unit of Measure dropdown is set to the correct measurement for the product (%, mg, or mg/g).

If you are still having issues with your Cannabinoid values, or have any questions, if you open a Support Chat with some screenshots of the above fields in Dutchie, we would be happy to help investigate further!
