BuzzTV Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with any of your TV Displays, below you can find a few troubleshooting recommendations and video guides that may resolve your issue.
- Unplug the device from the power for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. This will allow the device to power cycle
- Unplug the HDMI Cable from the Device and the TV, and plug them back in
- If you have multiple devices, try swapping two devices in place of one another to confirm if the issue is with the Device itself, or the HDMI/Power Cables/TV
- Ensure the Resolution on the BuzzTV Device is set to 1080p
- Update the BuzzTV Device
- Update and Clear Data in the BudSense App
- If none of the above resolve your issue, try rebooting the device
