Why is my screen blank/white/purple?

If you notice your Display has suddenly turned Purple or White, or is showing as a Blank screen, it may be due to a loose or faulty HDMI connection between the BuzzTV Device and the TV.

If you are experiencing this issue, fully unplug your HDMI cable from the device and the TV, wait fifteen seconds, and reconnect the device. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend trying a different HDMI Cable as well.
